which means the footage clips can be used as many times as you like
without incurring additional fees or costs.

All rights are reserved by FREUDENBERG FILMS. This single user
license is granted only to the registered owner of an A FREUDENBERG
FILMS DVD or CD-ROM. Your auction invoice number is the proof of
your registration.

In no event will FREUDENBERG FILMS; its Directors; Employees or
Agents be liable to you for any consequential, incidental or indirect
damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business
interruption and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use the
software or media.



Permitted Usage.



By this agreement FREUDENBERG FILMS grants to the registered
owner the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the
FREUDENBERG FILMS Stock Footage in any film, video, advertising,
Internet or multimedia production.



License Restrictions.



You may not copy or distribute copies of the images, movies, media,
documentation or packaging to others.

You may not sub-license, sell, re-sell, distribute or provide to others
any portion of the files from any FREUDENBERG FILMS DVD or
CD-ROM.

If FREUDENBERG FILMS Footage is used in a project that will be
reproduced, sold or distributed, FREUDENBERG FILMS Stock Footage
may not comprise more than 25% of the length of the finished work.

FREUDENBERG FILMS Stock Footage and Photography may not be
included in any other clip media/stock product, library or collection for
distribution or resale.

You may not use any FREUDENBERG FILMS Stock Footage or
Photography in any form of pornographic, defamatory, immoral or
illegal material.
